Supreme Court Issues a Request for Written Comments and Notice of Public
Hearing on Proposed Rule Amendments

As reflected in the Notice, the Supreme Court of South Carolina has requested written comments and has scheduled a public hearing on proposed amendments to the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure, the South Carolina Rules of Criminal Procedure and the South Carolina Rules of Evidence. A copy of the proposed rules is attached to the Notice.
