Rule Changes Submitted to the General Assembly
Pursuant to Article V, ยง 4A of the South Carolina Constitution, the following rule changes were submitted to the South Carolina General Assembly on January 31, 2024:
1. An order amending Rule 3 of the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure.
2. An order amending the South Carolina Appellate Court Rules.
3. An order amending Rule 26 of the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure.
