The Court disbars Respondent for misconduct relating to his trust account.
27999 - In the Matter of Kimberly L. Smith
The Court disbarred Respondent from the practice of law in South Carolina for, inter alia, failure to act with reasonable diligence and promptness in representing clients, failure to reasonably communicate with clients, and providing financial assistance to a client.
