Where procedure for empaneling jury in magistrate's court comported with state law, defendant failed to show his right to jury trial was denied or impaired.

Opinion publicly reprimanding attorney.

25371 - Patel v. Patel

This case involves issues of child custody, alimony, and guardian ad litems.
