HUFF, J.: Leatrice Williams Collins appeals from the trial court's grant of a directed verdict in favor of unknown motorist John Doe. The trial court held Collins failed to meet the requirement of the uninsured motorist statute, South Carolina Code Annotated Section 38-77-170 (Supp. 1999). We reverse and remand
