RE: Amendment to Rule 402, SCACR

ORDER

Pursuant to Article V, 4A, of the South Carolina Constitution, Rule 402(d)(1)(i) is amended by replacing the phrase December 31 with the phrase January 10.

This change shall be effective immediately.
